WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

YOGA & MEDITATION is simply a HATHA yoga practice that is perfect for all  levels, shapes and ages – beginners are welcome too. We focus on stretching the whole body, and then taking baby steps into each pose to get as many benefits as possible. What’s more the class incorporates a variety of poses called ‘asanas’ to strengthen all muscle groups of the body. This is 60min class is on Saturday at 9am, on the rooftop by Santa Lucia in Monterrey.

YOGA FOR SERIOUS YOGIS is perfect for people who love their fitness. FULL of movement – variety of poses – vinyasa flow. This yoga practice will make you FEEL ALIVE, the atmosphere during the class highlights lovely scent and uplifting music too. Bring the power and energy into your body to set you for the day. This is 60min class is on Mondays at 7pm.

WOMENS CIRCLE ‘A sacred space free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise. A sacred space void of the demands from the outside world, a space just for us, to go inwards, to reconnect, to return home.’ Women’s Circle is strictly for females only. Each meeting consists of: movement, breath, journaling and reflection too. All women are invited to join. This event is between 60 and 90min depending on the size of the group.
